Dr.  M. Jawabreh is an assistant professor at the Architectural Department and at the the Master program In Urban Planning and Landscape Architecture, and former Chairperson of the Architectural Department (March 2013 – September 2015) and former Director of the Master program In Urban Planning and Landscape Architecture (September 2008 – September 2011)/Faculty of Engineering and Technology - Birzeit University, Palestine.  He obtained his PhD from the Technical University of Graz/ Austria, and his BS, MS from the Venice Institute of Architecture/Italy. Dr. Jawabreh’s education and experience background is in the area of Architectural Design, Building and Urban Rehabilitation, Conservation & Restoration of Historical Centers, and urban design.  

Dr. Jawabreh joined the Faculty of Engineering and Technology at Birzeit University in 2004.  He has   performed professional consultations mainly in Palestine and West Europe.
